Terms of use

These terms apply to the use of taxisplit.hr and to booking rides with TaxiSplit.

1. Operator

Operator details will be published soon.

TaxiSplit provides taxi transport under a taxi licence and a city permit, in line with Croatian road transport regulations.

2. Booking

You book by phone, message (WhatsApp, Viber) or the request form. A request sent through the website is not a booking: the ride is only agreed once we confirm it by message or call.

3. Prices

Prices on the website are indicative “from” prices. For longer routes the price is confirmed when you book. Rides within the city are charged by the meter and the tariff displayed in the vehicle, and the price cannot exceed that tariff.

4. Cancellation

If you cannot make an agreed ride, let us know as soon as possible so we can offer the vehicle to other passengers.

5. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; the current version is always published on this page.
