What data we process

• Ride requests: name, phone, email, pick-up, destination, date, passengers and message. We use them only to reply and carry out the ride (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We keep them for no longer than 24 months, after which they are deleted automatically, unless the law requires longer (e.g. invoices).
• Click counting: when you tap Call, WhatsApp or Viber we record only which button was used, the page language and the time. No IP address or cookies are stored; to avoid double counting, a hashed IP is kept for 30 seconds.
• Server: the web server keeps standard technical logs (e.g. IP address, browser) for security. The site is hosted by a provider in the European Union.

Cookies

The website does not use marketing or tracking cookies. If visitor analytics is enabled, it uses Plausible Analytics, which sets no cookies and collects no personal data.

WhatsApp and Viber

When you message us on WhatsApp or Viber, messages are handled by those services under their terms.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase and restrict processing of your data and to object. Contact us using the details above. You can lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP).
